After decades in leadership roles at consumer brands and agencies, including The LEGO Group and M&C Saatchi, where he led Reebok Global, founder Ryan Cooper Henniker set out in 2023 to transform public engagement.
His first client was the UK’s largest ENGO and one of the nation’s biggest landowners, The RSPB. He led the organisation’s first major campaign to create pathways for young people from hard-to-reach communities to access jobs in the green sector. This groundbreaking initiative introduced innovative partnership models, uniting community groups, brands, government funding bodies & purpose-led organisations to drive real impact.
Building on this vision, we are pioneering a new approach that blends community engagement with brand strategy.
Our mission is to help businesses form lasting connections with communities while empowering those communities by supporting SMEs, CICs, and individual changemakers.
Ryan is also the creator of the celebrated docu-short, Being Both, which tells the story of mixed-race people from across the world.
