For more than 15 years, Ryan held senior roles at The LEGO Group and M&C Saatchi, where he led Reebok Global, founder Ryan Cooper Henniker launched Intent* in 2023 to transform public engagement and address a perceived lack of commitment from businesses to enrich communities.
Since then, Intent* has collaborated with leading organisations across the ENGO, outdoor, sport, and wellness sectors, including Bupa, The Wildlife Trusts, Rab, Mountain Warehouse, On Running, Transport for London, Yeti, Visit England, and Adidas Terrex.
Ryan is also a leading voice for underrepresented groups, frequently invited to share his views with outlets ranging from GQ, The Hindu, and The Times to, most recently, the local government assembly.
Building on this vision, we are pioneering a new approach that blends community engagement with brand strategy.
Our mission is to help businesses form lasting connections with communities while empowering those communities by supporting SMEs, CICs, and individual changemakers.
Ryan is the creator of the celebrated docu-short, Being Both, which tells the story of mixed-race people from across the world.
