Mountain Warehouse X Outdoor Adventure Girls Ski Retreat

Our Impact

We secured and led the partnership between Outdoor Adventure Girls, the UK’s largest outdoor community for women, and Mountain Warehouse.

Working closely with the Outdoor Adventure Girls team, we supported the development and delivery of a bespoke ski retreat in the French Alps, designed to bring their community together for a weekend of skiing, connection and adventure.

The retreat welcomed skiers of all levels and created a supportive, judgement-free space where women could build confidence in the mountains while connecting with a like-minded community.

The experience was co-designed with Outdoor Adventure Girls and Mountain Warehouse, resulting in an immersive and restorative chalet environment that combined community programming with brand storytelling.

The weekend programme included a branded chalet space, access to Mountain Warehouse products and equipment for skiers, and a community conversation evening featuring leading voices in the outdoor and adventure space, including Rhiane Fatinikun MBE, Sophie Davis, and Zahra Rose.

Our Role

  • Securing and leading the partnership between Outdoor Adventure Girls and Mountain Warehouse

  • Negotiating the brand collaboration

  • Securing and managing content creators

  • Developing the content and storytelling strategy

  • Managing budgeting and creator fees

  • Coordinating talent and programme delivery
