Bringing more underrepresented communities into the conservation sector and empower LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent people, as well as ethnic, racial, and faith-based minorities to break down barriers and feel they have a place in nature.

This was the project that inspired Intent*

Our founder broke down barriers from the outset, presenting the RSPB with a new traineeship scheme that created immediate pathways for young people. By engaging micro outdoor and conservation communities across the UK, including groups like Muslim Hikers, we empowered them to join the conversation and connect with our target audience in authentic and credible ways.

He designed and managed a year-long programme, with 75% of trainees going on to build careers in the conservation sector.
