Intent* Brand Work Limited is seeking a Senior Digital Influencer Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. This is a strategic and communications-focused role — no design or content creation is required. Your main focus will be on managing influencer outreach and community engagement across TikTok and Instagram for The Birds Nest and two Rooftop Sauna locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage influencers and journalists for weekly appearances.

• Oversee and grow two social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok).

• Respond to DMs, comments, and community engagement in a timely manner.

• Plan and schedule influencer visits aligned with key calendar moments.

• Manage social listening, monitor trends, and track against performance targets.

• Build and maintain influencer relationships and bookings.

• Participate in two brief check-in meetings per week (remote).

• Be available for occasional on-site coordination in London.

  Please note: This role does not include graphic design, video editing, or content creation responsibilities. You’ll be coordinating strategy and relationships — not producing assets.

  Details:

  Freelance role (independent contractor status).

  2 days per week (flexible scheduling).

  £200 per day.

  London-based candidates only.

  Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience managing influencer campaigns and social media accounts.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms.

• Reliable, self-directed, and target-driven.

• Comfortable with outreach, scheduling, and performance tracking.
